At the time of booking, you must agree to honor and abide by the terms and conditions laid down by Corfu Watersports and must make all the participants in your party aware of these terms and conditions.

1.Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable to our clients if the cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before their reservation for personal reasons. Corfu Watersports reserves the right, solely to our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather. Reservations canceled due to weather or any event outside our control e.g., boat inadequacy, will be fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible and we will contact you as soon as possible if this happens. Updates are always posted across our social platforms too. Refunds will be issued in case the client can’t make it due to its countries travel restrictions.

2.How we may use your personal information
We only use your personal information in accordance with these Terms and Our Privacy and cookie policy. We will use the personal information you provide to us to:
a) provide the activity;
b) process your payment for the activity; and
c) in accordance with the Terms of the Booking.
We will not give your personal data to any third party.

3.Pricing
The price of the activity includes VAT.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The price agreed will not be subject to any change unless due to circumstances beyond our control.
The prices do not include personal insurance, wetsuits, drinks or food and gratuity.

4.The activities
We will make every effort to supply the activity in accordance with the booking.
You will be given a timed appointment for your activity. Please allow enough time to arrive at the site prior to the start of the activity. In case of a delay, you will be accommodated to the next available slot.

5.Website
The use of our website is subject to the following terms of use:
a) the content of the pages of our website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
b) your use on any information or content on our website is entirely at your own risk. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any services, products, or information available through our website meet your specific requirements.

6.Children
All children must be accompanied by an adult when on our property.
The adults must remain at our property for the duration of the activity and must supervise them at all times.

7.Photography
Guests are permitted to take photographs and recordings at the site, provided that these are solely for private use and are not sold or used for any commercial or public purpose.
We reserve the right to take appropriate photos of people taking part in our activities to use them in marketing material. If you do not want to be featured, please notify a member of our team or send us an email on [email protected] .

8. Accessibility
We will endeavour where possible to provide our activities to participants with disabilities but most of our activities are physically demanding and possibly unsuitable. Advance notice is essential in regards to preexisting medical conditions so we can ensure that our activities are safe for the participants and our staff.

9. Lost property – Damages
Corfu Watersports is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any loss and/or damage of personal belongings ( jewellery , clothing items etc.) or damage to vehicle/motorboat belonging to you or a member of your party.

10. Customer behaviour
All participants are required to act responsibly and courteously at all times and to respect all other participants. We have the right to prevent any person from undertaking or completing an activity in the event whereby the behaviour is deemed to be unsuitable.
Drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited on site and participants must not be under the influence if any drugs during an activity.

11. Changes to terms and conditions
We may from time to time change these terms and conditions without giving you notice, but we will use our reasonable endeavours to inform you as soon as is reasonably possible of any such change.

12. BOAT RENTAL

Terms and Conditions

No speedboat license is required to rent a boat of 30hp or less.
The minimum rental age is 18 years old.
The boat is inspected by the customer upon receipt and any damages are reported to the owner.
The boat insurance is Third Party only. The customer agrees to pay for any damage that may have occurred to the boat during the rental period.
Renters shall not drive the boat within 100m from the coast and 200m from a beach that there are swimmers. Renters will be personally responsible for any injury that they may cause.
Renters are not allowed to carry passengers in excess of the stated capacity of the boat (4 or 7 persons depending on the size of the boat).
Renters shall not use the boat for illegal purposes.
Renters shall not operate the boat outside of the 3 nautical miles radius from the base.
The boat is to be driven by the renter ONLY.
No swimming or diving from the boat is allowed when the motor is on.
The boat is delivered full of fuel and the renter has no pay for the equivalent consumption of fuel on-site upon return of the boat and ending of their daily contract.
The company does not carry responsibility for any loss or theft of the renter’s property during the rental period.
The renter agrees to the following:

The customer agrees to take good care of the motor and boat and deliver it to the owner in the same condition that they received it.
Any damage that will be caused to the vessel or the engine from bad handling burdens in full the customer.
To deliver the boat by the agreed time. Early return does not entitle a refund claim.
Do not allow any other person to operate the boat during the rental period.
