Kalami Watersports

Kalami Watersports offers professional tuition by fully qualified British and Greek Waterski Federation Instructors. It successfully started teaching waterskiing in 1986 as Sakis Water Sports and has been owned and run by Yannis Kantaros since 2021. Yannis has many years of experience as an instructor and holds a number of watersport qualifications. Every instructor at Kalami Ski School is hand picked by Yannis himself, ensuring all activities are safe, fun and rewarding! We offer waterski, wakeboard, inflatable rides and Stand Up Paddle boarding.

Location
Our watersports centre is located in beautiful Kalami Bay. Kalami lies on the northeast coast of Corfu, just 30km from the main town and 6km from Kassiopi. The area is known for its natural beauty and its picturesque village. Kalami is a quiet pebbly beach surrounded by pines and cypresses with crystal clear waters. There is several spots to explore if you are an outdoors enthusiast. Kalami is perfect holiday destination for families with young kids, but also couples. On the edge of the beach, the home of writer Lawrence Durrell, known as the White House, operates nowadays as a guest house and restaurant.

Coming to us by boat 

It’s possible to come to us by boat and depending on the size of your boat and time of the day, we can usually accommodate this. Otherwise, we will pick you up from any of the jetties on the beach by prior arrangement. Please note that if you do not contact us in advance with your request, we will pick you up from the jetty in front of Callao Beach bar.

Coming to us by car 

If you arrive to Kalami by car, the information and pick up points for the watersports pontoon are located at the sunbed hire desk to the right of beach bar Callao on the Coast.
